LAKE FISH HEART, LAKE FISH OXHEART. A tall, high-yielding, mid-early variety considered one of the best of the season. The fruits are large, weighing between 200 and 500 grams, pink in color, firm and meaty, with a rich flesh color. These tomatoes have excellent marketable appearance, resist spoilage for a long time, and have a pleasant aroma. The taste is bright and sweet with a good balance of sugar and acidity; the juice is very tasty and thirst-quenching. This mid-early variety has an elegant red heart shape. The bushes are slender, with thin stems about 1.5 meters tall, and slightly drooping leaves.
Each cluster produces 3-4 fruits. The fruit shape is mostly elongated heart-shaped, though some are somewhat flatter. This is one of the sweetest “heart” varieties in the collection! The number of seed chambers is minimal, with very few seeds. At the same time, tasting these tomatoes brings real pleasure — they remind of the taste of homemade tomatoes from childhood when everything seemed the most delicious!
