ESIKSKIY KRISTAL. A spectacular and memorable variety of tomato of collector's origin. It is a very beautiful heart-shaped tomato with an elongated shape and expressive two-tone coloring. The main background color of the fruit is warm orange, and a crimson blush spreads across the entire surface, creating a “crystalline” iridescence of shades. The fruits look elegant and attractive both on the bush and when cut. The flesh is dense, fleshy, buttery in consistency, fragrant, and practically seedless. The taste is exceptionally sweet, without the slightest hint of sourness — rich, dessert-like, and very harmonious.
The tomatoes are especially good for fresh consumption, salads, and slicing. The variety was bred and preserved in the collection of Kazakhstani breeder Vitaly Gennadievich Alifirov, which emphasizes its exclusivity and value for collectors. The fruits are formed in clusters of 3-5 pieces, with an average weight of 200-250 g, but some specimens easily reach 350 g or more. The bushes are literally covered with large hearts. The plant is indeterminate, tall, about 1.5-1.7 m high. The ripening period is medium-early.
The bushes are powerful, with strong stems and dense foliage, which protects the fruits well from the sun. The variety is distinguished by its high yield. Fruit set is excellent even under unfavorable conditions. Special feature: the fruits are not suitable for long-term storage, so it is recommended to pick them on time, preventing overripening. Overall, Esiksky Crystal is a combination of high decorative qualities and record yields.
