GHOST GRAFTON. A tall, mid-early to mid-season variety about 1.5 m high in open ground. The bush is vigorous, with long leaves, requiring staking and training. The plants are distinguished by their ornamental value and stable yield. The variety is valued for its expressive anthocyanin coloration and unusual appearance. The fruits are broadly heart-shaped, with an average weight of 250-350 g. The color is bright, crimson-red with neat strokes of anthocyanin on the shoulders; in good light, the anthocyanin is particularly deep.
The surface is glossy, the skin is thin and resistant to cracking. The flesh is bright crimson, dense, meaty, juicy, with a small number of seeds. The taste is sweet, richly tomato-like, with fruity and light citrus notes characteristic of anthocyanin varieties. The aroma is pronounced. The fruits are firm, have good keeping quality, and retain their quality well. The variety is suitable for fresh consumption and salads, combining ornamentality and high taste qualities. An interesting new addition for 2025 in our collection.
