GROMOZEKA BUF. A rare, early-ripening and productive sweet pepper variety that stands out for its unusual fruit shape and excellent flavour. It is an interesting addition to the collection of gardeners who enjoy growing distinctive varieties with an unusual appearance and good yields. The plants form compact bushes up to 60 cm tall, with short internodes. Their small size makes this pepper suitable for a variety of growing spaces, including gardens where space is limited.
With proper care, the plants develop actively and produce a large number of fruits throughout the season. The fruits are large and blocky, with pronounced ribs and an unusual, corrugated surface resembling fluffy marshmallow. They weigh an average of 200–250 g, although some peppers can grow even larger. At the technical maturity stage, the fruits are pale light green, turning bright red when fully ripe. The flesh is thick-walled and meaty, with a sweet flavour and pleasant aroma.
