HAMIK YELLOW. A productive mid-season sweet pepper variety that grows well both in open fields and in greenhouses. The plants are compact and low-growing, easy to care for, and do not require pruning, which makes them especially convenient for hobby gardeners and farmers. Fruits are small, weighing 30-40 g, with a neat rounded-conical shape and almost seedless. The flesh is juicy, aromatic, and very sweet, with a wall thickness of about 3 mm — making the peppers versatile in cooking.
At the stage of technical ripeness, the fruits are dark green, and when fully ripe, they turn bright yellow, giving the plants a decorative and attractive look. The variety is resistant to tobacco mosaic virus, ensuring stable harvests even under challenging growing conditions. The peppers are suitable for multiple uses: delicious in fresh salads and snacks, convenient for stuffing in small portions, and they retain their taste and shape perfectly when pickled or canned.
