HERCULES. A large-fruited sweet pepper variety with excellent commercial and taste qualities. The plant forms a vigorous bush with good fruit set, suitable for growing in open ground and greenhouses. It is characterized by stable yield and large, uniform fruits. The fruits are cube-shaped, large, up to 11 cm long and about 10.5 cm in diameter, weighing 220-250 g, often reaching 300 g.
The wall thickness is 5-10 mm, making them particularly fleshy and juicy. The color at technical ripeness is green, and at full ripeness, a rich bright red. The flesh is dense, sweet, with a rich flavor and pleasant aroma. The variety is excellent for fresh consumption, salads, stuffing, and various types of processing.
