HONEY PASSION. A new variety developed by Sofia Saakova, presented in the F6 generation. A mid-early indeterminate variety that produces a vigorous plant about 1.8–2 m tall in the greenhouse. In the open ground, the plant reaches approximately 1.6 m and forms a strong, slender, well-developed bush. The fruits have an unusual elongated shape resembling an opening tulip bud. The average fruit weight is around 200 g. The coloration is truly unique — a rich honey color with beautiful glowing patterns that seem to shine from within. The glossy surface and pronounced longitudinal ribs extending from the stem end make the fruits especially striking.
Each truss produces 5–6 fruits. When cut open, the flesh is dense, buttery, juicy and uniform, with almost no seed cavities — practically solid flesh. It has a bright fruity aroma and a very pleasant texture: firm but not hard. The flavor is predominantly sweet, with a slight acidity, rich, aromatic and exceptionally delicious. Honey Passion stands out not only for its unusual shape, but above all for its unique honey-colored appearance. The beautiful, original and appetizing fruits will become a real highlight of any tomato collection. The only minor drawback is that the fruits contain very few seeds.
