AJI WHITE FANTASY. An early-maturing and productive variety that attracts attention with its unusual fruits, mild flavor, and pleasant citrus aroma. Approximately 100 days pass from emergence to the ripening of the first fruits. The plant forms a strong bush about 100–120 cm tall. The fruits have an original bell-shaped form.
At the beginning of ripening, the fruits are light in color, gradually developing an ivory shade and a delicate yellowish tint. This unusual coloration gives the plant a very attractive appearance and makes it especially interesting for lovers of distinctive varieties. The fruits have a mild, slightly sweet flavor with only a gentle level of heat. Their heat level can range from approximately 100–5,000 Scoville Heat Units, making the variety suitable for those who prefer moderate spiciness.
