INDIAN MEAT (INDISCHE FLEISCH). A mid-season, tall, and highly productive tomato variety with regular leaf type. In open ground, plants reach about 1.5 meters in height. The bushes are strong and require staking and pruning to ensure proper formation and maximize yields. Fruits are large, weighing between 180 and 400 grams, growing in clusters of 4-5. They are round or slightly flattened in shape, with dense, meaty flesh and firm skin. The color varies from deep pink to purplish-black with distinctive green shoulders, especially noticeable on unripe fruits.
The flavor is exceptional — sweet, juicy, with a rich tomato taste and a pleasant, balanced acidity. A bright fruity aroma makes this variety particularly attractive for fresh consumption. Perfect for salads, sandwiches, and juices. The seeds were sourced from Germany, confirming its European origin and uniqueness. This variety is especially valued for its exotic coloration, outstanding flavor, and consistent productivity.
