IOLANTA. An ultra-early sweet pepper variety, the period to biological ripeness is 103-105 days. The plant is standard-type, compact, 30-40 cm tall, does not require complex care, and is suitable for growing in open ground, greenhouses, and containers. It is characterized by uniform ripening and stable yield. The fruits are blunt-conical in shape, weighing 100-150 g, neat and uniform.
At the stage of technical ripeness, they are dark green in color; when fully ripe, they become a rich dark red. The flesh is about 6 mm thick, juicy, tender, with a pronounced aroma. The taste is sweet, pleasant, and harmonious. The variety is excellent for fresh consumption, salads, stuffing, and home cooking.
