KING TRUFFLE (TSAR TRUFFLE). A mid-early variety for open and protected ground, attracting attention with its unusual fruit shape, large "royal" size, and bright sweet taste. The plant is vigorous, develops quickly, reaches a height of up to 1.7 m, and requires mandatory staking and pruning. The fruits are red, of an original shape resembling a giant truffle, weighing 200-300 g; on the lower clusters, individual specimens can reach 500 g.
It forms clusters of 5-6 fruits. The tomatoes are fleshy, dense, sugary on the break, with a low acid content. The skin is firm, ensuring good transportability. The fruits ripen well after harvest and can be stored for 1-2 months without loss of flavor. They are suitable for fresh consumption, salads, culinary processing, and winter preserving.
