KOZULA-179 ZEBRA VOLTA, Poland. A mid-season variety with beautiful and vibrant coloring. The plant is of medium strength, 1.2 meters tall, with sturdy stems. Each cluster bears 4-5 fruits weighing 150-300 g. The yield is above average. The fruits are flat-round with ribbing near the base. Externally mustard-yellow with green stripes throughout the fruit. A tall, mid-season, moderately productive variety. The fruits are beautiful, large, multi-chambered, meaty and juicy. Very tasty tomatoes – sweet with a slight tang, and very pleasant.
Like other varieties from Anna Jankowska, this one has a unique charm. The flesh is orange and uniform. Very firm, juicy, meaty, with a rich sweet-sour flavor. We remembered this tomato most for its bright explosive taste with a touch of acidity, its reddish-orange color and dense, meaty flesh. The plants are highly productive. According to other gardeners, the sweetness of this variety is rated 5 out of 5. In our 2017 season, this variety also received a score of 5.
