MINUSINSK APPLE. A high-yielding variety of folk selection from Minusinsk, related to the varieties "Apple Cluster" and "Red." A true giant with an expressive taste and impressive fruit size. The variety is mid-season, indeterminate. The bush is vigorous, 1.5-2.5 m tall (in greenhouses 3 m), requiring staking and training. It is distinguished by high growth vigor and stable yield both in greenhouses and OG.
The fruits are very large — from 300 to 500 g, often 600-700 g, and with good care, individual specimens can reach 1-1.5 kg or more. The shape is predominantly heart-shaped or flat-round, deep red (sometimes with a pinkish tint). The flesh is dense, meaty, juicy, with a small number of seeds. The taste is bright, rich, harmonious — with pronounced sweetness and a classic tomato aroma.
This is a variety with a true "old-fashioned" taste of large Minusinsk tomatoes. Purpose is universal: ideal for fresh salads, thick juices, sauces, paste, and home processing. Thanks to the dense flesh, the tomato juice is rich in color and flavor. This is the power of the bush, huge fruits, and the rich taste of Siberian classics. A variety for those who appreciate size, yield, and true tomato character.
