MINUSINSK BULL HEART. A mid-season, indeterminate tomato variety that is well suited for growing outdoors. The plants reach approximately 1.4 metres in height, grow vigorously, and require sturdy support. For a good harvest, it is recommended to train the plants to two stems, remove side shoots regularly, and tie up the stems as they grow. The fruits are large and heart-shaped, with a distinctive blunt tip. When ripe, they develop an attractive raspberry-red colour and typically weigh around 300–450 g. The tomatoes look appetising and stand out for their impressive size and rich colour.
The flesh is meaty, aromatic, and contains few seeds, with a pronounced tomato flavour and distinct sweetness. The fruits are excellent for fresh eating, salads, and vegetable platters. Their juiciness and rich flavour also make them ideal for homemade tomato juice, sauces, and lecho. This variety is an excellent choice for gardeners who enjoy large tomatoes with tender, meaty flesh and pleasant sweetness. With proper care, the plants will reward you with beautiful raspberry-red fruits that are perfect for summer meals and homemade preserves.
