NOCERA ROSSO. A mid-early sweet pepper variety of the cube-prismatic type, with a ripening period of about 76 days. The plant is medium-sized, with a characteristic umbrella-shaped bush that protects the fruits well from sunscald. It is characterized by stable high yield and disease resistance, including TMV. The fruits are large, predominantly 4-lobed, dense, about 10×18 cm in size, with walls up to 1 cm thick.
The average weight is about 250 g, and with good care can reach up to 400 g. The color at technical ripeness is dark green, becoming ruby-red when fully ripe. The flesh is fleshy, juicy, with an excellent sweet taste and rich aroma. The variety is valued for its large fruit size, stable yield, and high fruit quality, suitable for fresh consumption, stuffing, and processing.
