OZARK GIANT. A mid-early, high-yielding sweet pepper variety suitable for growing in open ground and greenhouses. The plants are vigorous, standard-type, 80-90 cm tall, well-foliated, consistently produce large fruits, and are characterized by high productivity. The fruits are very large, weighing 350-400 g or more, cube-shaped or cylindrical with a blunt end.
The color is a rich dark red at full ripeness. The walls are thick — 8-12 mm, the flesh is dense, juicy, sweet, with a pronounced aroma. The variety is valued for its large fruit size, excellent taste qualities, and stable yield, suitable for fresh consumption and processing.
