MINT, PEPPERMINT, USA. An heirloom variety from Tennessee. Early-ripening, bush height about 1.3 meters in open ground, 3-4 fruits per cluster, weighing 200-400 g. Another early bicolor with bright colors on the outside and especially inside! Not all bicolors are so vividly colored, and every time you slice the first fruit, you marvel at how such tomatoes can exist. The flesh is buttery, very sweet, and juicy! Top marks for fruity flavor and vibrant flesh!
Right from the start, the fruits grew uniformly flat, with a proper flattened shape and slight ribbing from the stem, very eye-catching, and they didn't crack at all. I really dislike tomatoes that crack. And bicolors, with their high sugar content, are usually prone to this. But these tomatoes did not crack at all! When cut open, they amazed with their flesh: a bright red "tie" over an orange-yellow background. High yield. Highly recommended!
