RASPBERRY HEART (MALINOVOYE SERDTSE). A mid-season, productive sweet pepper variety with a compact bush about 70 cm tall. The plant is strong, well-foliated, and consistently forms a large number of ovaries. The fruits have an unusual, rare heart-like shape, very original. During ripening, they change color from green to a rich raspberry-red. The fruit weight is 150-200 g.
The flesh is extremely thick-walled (over 10 mm), dense, fleshy and juicy — practically without voids, almost entirely composed of flesh. The taste is rich, sweet, with a pleasant texture. The variety is distinguished by high yield and excellent fruit quality, ideal for fresh consumption, stuffing, and culinary processing.
