HEART OF UKRAINE RED. Is an early variety with beautiful heart-shaped fruits and characteristic anthocyanin coloration on the skin. The plant is determinate and compact, reaching approximately 1.2 m in height when grown outdoors and finishing its growth after forming 4–5 trusses. The trusses are large and well loaded, producing 5–6 fruits or more each. The tomatoes have an average weight of 230–300 g and are heart-shaped, often with a pronounced elongated tip. The fruits are uniform, well formed and ripen fully throughout.
The flesh is juicy and tender, with a rich aroma and distinctive flavor. The taste combines sweetness with noticeable acidity, creating a bright sweet-and-sour balance. The anthocyanin coloration on the skin gives the fruits an unusual appearance, with its intensity depending on growing conditions and the amount of sunlight. The variety is well suited for fresh eating, salads and slicing and is particularly interesting for those who enjoy tomatoes with unusual color and flavor.
