RICCIO DI PARMA YELLOW. Mid-late, high-yielding tomato variety. Thrives both in open ground and in greenhouses. The plant is tall, indeterminate, forming strong, vigorous bushes with dense, decorative foliage, reaching heights of 1.5-1.7 m. The fruits are exceptionally attractive: bright yellow, sunlit color, large, slightly flattened-round with gentle ribbing. The average weight of the tomatoes is 250-600 g, though some specimens can be even larger.
The flesh is dense, meaty, yet juicy, with thick walls, making the fruits very versatile. The taste is balanced, sweet and slightly tangy, with a pronounced sugary note, highly appreciated by salad lovers. Thanks to its harmonious flavor and beautiful color, the fruits are perfect not only for fresh consumption but also for sauces, appetizers, vegetable assortments, and juices. This variety is highly productive: by the end of the season, it produces especially large and abundant fruits.
