RUSSO’S PATRIMONY. Indeterminate, mid-season variety. The plant reaches up to 150 cm in height, forming a strong bush that requires staking and pruning. Fruits are fairly large, with an average weight of 120-250 g, and some specimens can reach up to 350 g. They have an attractive heart-rounded shape. The coloration is unusual: reddish-brown with a green shoulder, giving the fruits a distinctive appearance. The flesh is meaty, dense yet juicy, with few seeds.
The flavor is well-balanced: sweetness and a light refreshing acidity are in perfect harmony. The aroma is rich and bright, typical of the finest salad tomatoes. This variety is excellent for fresh consumption, slicing in salads, as well as for sauces and juices. Thanks to its dense flesh and skin, the fruits retain their marketable appearance for a long time, making them suitable both for processing and home use. Yields are abundant and prolonged, providing stable harvests with proper care.
