SAKURA. An early-ripening pepper variety, more often grown in open ground, where it forms bushes up to 1 m tall. The plant is vigorous, with good yield and stable fruiting, also suitable for greenhouses. The flesh is juicy, with a pronounced aroma. The fruits are conical in shape, weighing up to 80 g, and become a rich red color when fully ripe. The taste has a piquant spiciness, making the variety interesting for those who prefer more intense flavors. It is excellent as an addition to salads, for making adjika, and other preserves.
