SEMIRECHYE. A very tasty mid-season variety from the collection of breeder Vitaliy Gennadievich Alifirov (Almaty, Kazakhstan). The plant is vigorous and indeterminate, reaching approximately 2 m in height when grown outdoors. Each truss produces 4–5 large fruits weighing 350–400 g. The fruits are flattened, uniform and have a smooth, glossy surface. The color is cherry-chocolate, with a more intense chocolate-colored pattern on the shoulders. The flesh has the same dark coloration.
The yield is above average, and the plant requires staking and training. The fruits are meaty and very juicy, with thin skin that is barely noticeable when eating. The flavor is sweet and rich, with a slight acidity and pleasant spicy notes. When cut, the tomatoes immediately release a distinctive, intense aroma. The flesh is tender and juicy, with a well-balanced flavor. The variety is excellent for fresh eating, salads and slicing.
