SERBIAN OXHEART. A medium-tall, mid-season, high-yielding tomato variety that can rightfully be considered one of the best in its category. The plant produces large, beautifully shaped heart-like fruits of a rich pink-crimson hue. The tomatoes are meaty, multi-chambered, and juicy, with very few seeds, making them especially valuable for true connoisseurs. During ripening, the green shoulders around the stem completely disappear, and the fruits take on a uniform deep pink color. The flavor is bright, sweet, and well-balanced, with a rich tomato note and a subtle fruity aftertaste. The flesh is tender, buttery, and literally melts in the mouth, accompanied by a pleasant aroma.
Fruits can weigh 400-500 g, with some specimens growing even larger. In terms of taste, this variety can be considered exemplary: the tomatoes are always consistently sweet and aromatic, regardless of the weather conditions of the season. Even in summers with little sunshine, they retain their exceptional flavor intensity — from the very first to the last harvest. Their use is universal, but they are especially delightful fresh — in salads and slices, when one wishes to fully enjoy their tenderness and sweetness. This is truly a tomato variety for pleasure, for those who appreciate not only yield but also outstanding gastronomic qualities.
