SOFIA'S MAGIC RAINBOW. A unique authorial variety bred by Sofia Saakova, captivating at first sight and with the first bite. A mid-season, tall indeterminate plant, it forms a powerful bush up to 1.8 m tall with strong stems and beautiful clusters bearing 4-5 large fruits. The fruits are true works of art: large, flat-heart-shaped, strikingly striped, and tricolored. Bronze-red, fiery-orange, and bright crimson hues intertwine in a fantastic rainbow mosaic that completely covers the fruit. Each tomato is unique — no two are alike. The flesh is dense yet exceptionally tender and juicy, tricolored when cut.
The skin is very thin, almost imperceptible when eating. Due to their high juiciness, the fruits are not intended for long storage — they are a true fresh delicacy best enjoyed immediately after picking from the bush. The flavor is bright, fruity-spicy, complex, and multifaceted. A perfectly balanced combination of refreshing acidity and rich, deep sweetness creates a "flavor explosion" effect. The flesh literally melts in the mouth, leaving a long aftertaste. It will especially appeal to gourmets and lovers of unusual, expressive tomato flavors. The average fruit weight is 250-350 g, with individual specimens reaching 400 g.
There are very few seeds — it is practically solid, meaty flesh. The variety is equally impressive on the outside and the inside. According to the author's description, the variety already demonstrates good stability; however, at the current breeding stage, minor segregation is still possible, which only emphasizes its living, collectible nature.
