TEMPTATION OF SOPHIA. A variety bred by breeder Sophia Saakova. A unique author’s tomato variety with a truly “cosmic” fruit shape, unlike any other tomato. A true aesthetic variety for collectors. The striking bicolor fruits are shaped like an elegant, slightly flattened heart and immediately attract attention. The base color is a warm orange, overlaid across the entire fruit with a raspberry blush and picturesque marbled patterning, creating the impression of a work of art. A mid-season variety, perfectly suited for open-ground cultivation. Each cluster produces 3-6 uniform tomatoes weighing 250-400 g, and sometimes more under good growing conditions.
The plant is compact and neat, reaching about 1.2 m in height, with strong, sturdy stems that confidently support large fruits without excessive tying. The flesh is dense and meaty, yet juicy and tender, with very few seeds. When sliced, the fruits look just as impressive as on the outside—bright, rich, and appetizing. The flavor is harmonious and distinctly sweet, without acidity, with a rich tomato aroma, making this variety universal: ideal for fresh salads, slicing, and elegant presentation.
