WILD THYME, USA. A variety from Bill Jeffers, obtained from the "Pink Elgin" line. Medium-early, tall, productive, and an amazing variety with potato-like leaves. Unusual fruit color on the outside, and when cut, one of the season's hits – green-yellow with pink stripes. The fruits are meaty, juicy, and have a very good fruity taste, scoring 5 points. An exquisite, rich taste that is simultaneously refreshing, with a long-lasting and pleasant aftertaste.
The bush is 1.4 meters tall and of medium strength. In the cluster, there are 3-4 fruits weighing 300-500 g, with an above-average yield. A chameleon variety: the fruits are green at first, and as they ripen, yellow, brown, and burgundy spots appear. When fully ripe, the fruits turn completely bronze-mustard in color. When cut, the skin is delicately thin. Inside is a very juicy, three-colored aromatic sweet flesh that simply melts in your mouth! Very delicious!
