YELLOW PLUM TREE. A variety of Chinese origin, the history of which is not reliably established. It is distinguished by exceptionally vigorous growth: in open ground, plants reach 2-3 m in height, often becoming the tallest of the season. The bushes are not dense, with active vertical growth, requiring strong staking and training. The yield is very high. Each cluster forms 7 fruits.
The fruits weigh about 50 g, are round-plum-shaped, of a pure bright yellow color without spots or speckles. The tomatoes are dense, firm, with thick skin, tolerate transportation well, and have good keeping quality. The flesh is juicy, the taste is harmonious, balanced, with moderate sweetness. The variety is suitable for fresh consumption and whole-fruit canning, valued for its productivity and the impressive appearance of the bushes.
