APPLE SAVIOR (YABLOCHNYY SPAS). A new early-ripening sweet pepper variety of Siberian selection, characterized by its compactness and uniform harvest. The plant is up to 40 cm tall, forms a bouquet-type fruiting pattern, making the bush very decorative while producing a large number of fruits. Suitable for growing in open ground and greenhouses, it is undemanding and has a stable yield.
The fruits are round-cube-shaped, four-sided, smooth, weighing 100-120 g, dense, and have good shelf life. The main feature is super-thick walls (0.9-1.1 cm). The flesh is juicy, fleshy, with a pleasant sweet taste and a light aroma reminiscent of an apple. The fruits are excellent for stuffing, salads, canning, and other preserves, thanks to their simultaneous ripening and high quality.
