EMERALD CARAMEL ELENA. Bred by Sofia Saakova. An indeterminate, vigorous plant reaching about 1.5 m in height. The stems are strong and reliably support large fruits. Leaves are simple and narrow. The plant shows excellent growth vigor and stable productivity. Fruits are large, weighing 200-370 g, with individual specimens reaching up to 400 g. A mid-early variety distinguished by its exotic appearance and complex, multi-layered coloration. A true treasure for lovers of rare and aesthetically perfect tomatoes.
This tomato belongs to the striped tricolor group and produces fruits of varied shapes — from elongated, elegant hearts to more flattened heart-shaped forms. Each fruit looks like a true work of breeding art. The coloration is especially striking: green, red, and orange tones, interwoven with anthocyanin blushes, spread across the entire surface, creating a “living” marble effect. When sliced, the tomato is just as impressive — the juicy tricolor flesh appears bright and highly appetizing.
Flavor is one of the variety’s strongest assets. It is fruity, spicy, rich, with a perfectly balanced combination of refreshing acidity and expressive sweetness. The flesh is very tender and juicy, containing very few seeds. This variety will especially appeal to those who appreciate bold, explosive flavors with fruity notes and a light tang. Equally impressive inside and out, it is ideal for fresh consumption, slicing, salads, and elegant table presentation as a decorative, collectible tomato.
