GASPACHO. A mid-early tomato variety, named after the famous Spanish soup. The plant is compact, about 60 cm tall, with a strong bush, suitable for growing in open ground. It is distinguished by uniform ripening and stable yield. The skin is dense, the flesh is juicy, and it holds its shape well during processing.
The fruits are cylindrical in shape, neat, uniform, deep red in color, weighing 70-90 g. The variety is intended primarily for processing and whole-fruit canning, and is also suitable for making sauces, pastes, and home preserves.
