GINGER FOX. A very unusual and attractive tomato variety, distinguished not only by its bright appearance but also by its high sugar content, providing a rich and sweet taste. The plants are determinate, compact, reaching a height of 50-70 cm, with an early ripening period — the first fruits can be harvested 90-105 days after germination. The bushes are well-leaved, strong, and very heat-resistant, allowing cultivation even in regions with high temperatures.
The fruits have a distinctive plum-like, elongated cylindrical shape with a sharp tip resembling a fox’s nose. The skin is smooth, dense, and colored in bright yellow-orange, making the tomatoes particularly striking both in the garden and on the table. Fruit weight ranges from 50 to 80 grams; they are two-chambered, juicy, and very aromatic. The flavor is rich and delicate, with a harmonious balance of sweetness and slight acidity, making them ideal for fresh salads as well as whole-fruit canning and pickling.
