HUGE LEMON OXHEART. Another gem in our collection — a rare and impressive mid-to-late season tomato variety. The plant is indeterminate, with a strong, tall vine that can reach up to 1.8 meters in open ground. Fruits are flat, smooth-skinned, and beautifully colored — lemon-yellow with pinkish blushes and a distinctive pink top. The size of the tomatoes is particularly noteworthy. They are very large: some fruits reach up to 1.5 kg, with an average weight of 400-800 grams. In the 2024 season, we successfully revived this variety from very old seeds, and the plants produced only giant fruits with no small ones. The plants have good leaf coverage and are tolerant to weather stress.
The flesh is dense, meaty, moderately juicy, sugary-sweet with a subtle fruity aroma. The skin and inner walls are thick and firm, making the fruits crack-resistant and easy to transport. Inside is rich pink flesh with very few seeds — almost none. This variety is excellent for fresh consumption: in salads, slices, or sandwiches. It is also suitable for processing — juice, paste, thick sauces, and ketchup. Yields are outstanding, especially with regular feeding and watering. One of the best large-fruited varieties for tomato enthusiasts who love something unique.
