MINI BELL YELLOW. An early-maturing, compact American sweet pepper variety distinguished by its miniature fruits, high productivity and exceptional ornamental appeal. The plants are low-growing, reaching only 30–50 cm in height, and become densely covered with tiny peppers. They require little maintenance and no staking, making them ideal for growing not only in garden beds but also in pots, planters, on balconies and even on windowsills. If desired, the plant can be trained as a trailing variety by pinching out the growing tip to encourage the development of side shoots. The variety produces an abundant crop of fruits.
The fruits are miniature, up to 3 cm long, weighing approximately 20–30 g, and have a rounded-blocky or conical shape with 3–5 lobes. When ripe, they turn bright yellow. The walls are 3–4 mm thick, and the flesh is juicy, crisp and very sweet, with pleasant fruity and spicy notes and a rich aroma. These little peppers are versatile: they can be eaten fresh, added to salads, frozen, dried or processed. Their convenient miniature size makes them particularly suitable for stuffing with cheese, meat or other fillings. An excellent choice for gardeners with limited space, lovers of unusual ornamental plants, or anyone looking for small, sweet peppers for stuffing.
