PRUNE IBIRAPUERA. A Brazilian variety named after the famous Ibirapuera Park in São Paulo. A bright representative of South American breeding, combining exotic coloration and rich flavor. A tall, mid-season, high-yielding variety. In open ground, it reaches about 1.5 m in height, forming a vigorous bush with good fruit set and stable yield delivery. The fruits are large, weighing 120-250 g, with individual specimens reaching up to 300 g. The shape is elongated, resembling a large plum or an elongated heart.
The color at maturity is greenish-bronze, sometimes with a golden or light purple hue. When cut open, the flesh is multicolored — a combination of green, yellow, and pinkish tones creates a marbled effect. The structure is dense, meaty, with a small number of seeds. The flavor is bright, harmonious, sweet, with a rich tomato aroma. The variety is distinguished by high yield and fruit decorativeness, excellent for fresh consumption and impressive presentation when sliced.
