RED FOX. A low-growing, early-ripening tomato variety, perfect for open-ground cultivation. The plants reach only 50–60 cm in height, making them compact and easy to care for without the need for tall supports. The plants form strong stems and well-leaved bushes, which protect the fruits from sunburn. They produce abundantly and uniformly, allowing for a generous harvest.
The fruits have a beautiful bright red color with a characteristic “tip” at the end, giving them a decorative appearance. The fruits are elongated with the distinctive tip, meaty, with thick walls, few seeds, and little juice; the taste is moderately sweet. Ideal for thick juice, paste, sauces, and drying. They are also excellent for whole-fruit canning. Fruits are medium-sized, around 100 g, firm yet juicy, with a rich sweet flavor without excessive acidity.
The skin is strong, preventing cracking even with fluctuations in humidity. The variety has universal use: fruits are excellent for whole-fruit canning, making paste, sauces, ketchup, as well as fresh salads. It stands out for early ripening, high heat resistance, and stable yield even under adverse weather conditions.
