REDKAN. An early-ripening sweet pepper variety, the ripening period is about 70-75 days after transplanting seedlings. The plant is characterized by good yield and stable fruit formation, suitable for growing in open ground and greenhouses. The fruits are conical, elongated, up to 16 cm long and 7 cm in diameter, weighing 140-160 g.
The flesh is dense, fleshy, with a wall thickness of 7-8 mm, and the number of locules is 3. At the stage of technical ripeness, the color is dark green; when fully ripe, it becomes dark red, almost burgundy. The taste is sweet, rich, with a pleasant aroma. The fruits are excellent for fresh consumption, salads, baking, and processing.
