In my case, the plant wasn’t particularly vigorous or tall, just an average indeterminate, reaching a bit over 1.5 meters. The fruits weighed over 300 grams, very beautiful with an unusual color. The flavor was good: not exactly sweet, but well balanced and pleasant.

The flavor is excellent, not just sweet, but bright and well-balanced. One of the big advantages of this variety is its unusually high yield for this type of tomato. In fact, Maple Syrup grew right next to the Renegade variety (which is similar in type), under the same conditions, and it clearly outperformed it. It’s a strong, tall plant (in the greenhouse), mid-season in terms of ripening. So far, it’s my top pick among tomatoes of this type.

This is quite an interesting variety. There aren’t many tomatoes of this type, and they always draw attention. It’s a flat-round beefsteak, tricolor. Some compare it to Copper River, but they are clearly different varieties.

The flavor is excellent. Not just sweet, but vivid and well-balanced. A big advantage of this variety is its unusually high yield for this type of tomato. In fact, Syrup grew right next to Renegade (a similar type), under the same conditions, and it outperformed it by a long shot.

The plant is strong and tall (in a greenhouse). It’s mid-season. So far, it’s my top choice among tomatoes of this kind.

This year, I grew one plant outdoors. It reached 1.5 meters and was fairly vigorous. Mid-season variety. The fruits were beautiful, averaging around 300 grams. The flesh was juicy, very tasty, and sweet. High-yielding. I really liked it.

I’ve grown Maple Syrup for the second year in a row. I liked it that much! Out of all the tricolor varieties I’ve tried, this one is the tastiest! It’s also very beautiful and productive. My friend’s husband called it perfection!

Taste and appearance were great, but the fact that it doesn’t store well at all was disappointing. Way too delicate. Not very impressed.
