MAPLE SYRUP (LE SIROP D'ÉRABLE). A French mid-season variety, indeterminate, one of the most productive and delicious tomatoes. Plants have thick stems, fruits are flat-round and multicolored. The flavor is not just sweet but balanced, with emerald-colored gel and a fruity aroma. A mid-ripening bright bicolor with surprising flesh colors inside.
The bush reaches 1.7 m in open ground, strong, with 3–4 fruits per cluster, each weighing 250–300 g. The yield is above average. The first fruit is not perfect, later ones ripen more evenly, but I really wanted to share my impression of the flavor as soon as possible. I really liked this variety and look forward to planting it again.
The flesh is absolutely stunning in color: a bright ultra-green background with an eye-catching red "tie" in the core. The flavor is excellent — sweet with a fruity note, juicy, and melting. A remarkable example of European tomato breeding. Highly recommended! Top marks for flavor!
