STRAWBERRY TREE. A mid-season, high-yield tomato variety with pronounced decorative appeal and outstanding taste qualities. In open ground, the plant reaches 1.4-1.8 m, forming strong but non-crowded bushes that are well-ventilated and easy to shape. The fruits are beautiful, very firm, glossy, with an ideally even elongated cone and rich, bright colors. The average weight of a single tomato is 100–150 g, although larger fruits of 150-200 g often form in the clusters. Each cluster usually contains 4-5 fruits, and the entire bush is literally covered with tomatoes.
The shape is a refined raspberry heart — the most elegant and sophisticated fruit form of the 2024 season. An interesting feature is variability: some fruits retain the classic heart shape, while others elongate into more refined “sculpted” hearts. The flesh is very dense, buttery, and melting, with incredibly rich sweetness and a pronounced fruity aftertaste. In 2024, the variety proved to be one of the tastiest heart-shaped tomatoes of the season. This variety is excellent for fresh consumption, as well as canning, slicing, salads, and whole-fruit pickling.
When grown again in 2025, the taste was not as outstanding — sweetness decreased, likely due to an excessively rainy summer affecting sugar accumulation. Thanks to its dense flesh and bright color, the fruits look impressive in any form of processing. A perfect combination of yield, beauty, and gastronomic quality, ideal for those seeking striking and stable heart-shaped tomatoes with high marketability.
