SUGAR HEAD. A mid-season, low-growing, high-yielding variety with a resilient character. Plant height up to 80 cm, the bushes are strong, well-leafed, and do not require complex shaping. It is distinguished by its undemanding nature to weather conditions and increased resistance to fungal diseases, which makes the variety reliable even in unfavorable seasons. The bushes are vigorous, abundantly loaded with large heart-shaped fruits. The fruits are pink, weighing 200-400 g, uniform, without pronounced defects.
They set well and fill evenly, maintaining an attractive marketable appearance. The flesh is granular, meaty, dense, with a small number of seeds. The taste is richly sweet, aromatic, harmonious, with practically no sharp acidity. The variety is especially good for fresh consumption and salads, and is also suitable for making thick juices and sauces due to the dense structure of the flesh. It is valued for its combination of resilience, yield, and high taste qualities.
