SUPER ITALIAN PASTE. A low-growing, mid-season, and high-yielding variety, ideal for growing both in open ground and under protection. Plants in open ground reach a height of about 50 cm, making them compact and convenient for planting even on small plots. The fruits are bright red and elongated, about 8 cm long. They have a dense and meaty texture, with almost no juice or seeds. The fruits do not crack, are easy to transport, resist rotting, and have excellent storage potential. The average fruit weight ranges from 50 to 80 grams.
Fruit ripening is uneven, but once all fruits reach full maturity, they can be harvested at once, which greatly simplifies care and collection. The plants form low-growing yet very decorative bushes, generously covered with fruits of excellent taste and sweetness. A distinctive feature of this variety is its low acidity, so when canning, it is recommended to add citric acid, lemon juice, or vinegar to preserve the natural taste and aroma. The variety is perfect for slicing, salads, and preserving. It also shows high resistance to adverse weather conditions, making it an excellent choice even for beginner gardeners.
