VIOLET SPARKLE (FIOLETOVAYA ISKORKA). A mid-early sweet pepper variety with high ornamentality and excellent taste. The ripening period is about 100-110 days. The plant is compact, up to 40 cm tall, does not require complex care, and is suitable for growing in open ground, greenhouses, and containers. It is characterized by a very high yield. The fruits are conical in shape with a characteristic "tail", uniform and beautiful.
At the stage of technical ripeness, they have a striking coloration: a lilac-purple background with golden-yellow and reddish stripes, reminiscent of smoldering embers. When fully ripe, they become red. The flesh is juicy, dense, crunchy, and very sweet. The variety is valued for its unusual coloration, high taste qualities, and versatility — suitable for fresh consumption, salads, and garnishing dishes.
