BIG RED CHEESE. A mid-season, large-fruited sweet pepper variety suitable for growing in open ground and greenhouses. The plant is compact, vigorous, well-foliated, up to 70 cm tall, characterized by good fruit set and stable yield. The fruits are elongated, large, uniform, with a rich red color at full ripeness, weighing 350-450 g.
The walls are very thick, the flesh is dense, fleshy and juicy, with a pronounced sweet taste and pleasant aroma without bitterness. The variety has a universal purpose: suitable for fresh consumption, salads, stuffing, baking, and processing. The fruits tolerate transportation well, do not lose their commercial qualities, and remain fresh for a long time.
