EFEMER. This is an ultra-early, low-growing variety that forms compact plants about 40–60 cm tall. The plants set fruit well and are capable of producing a good harvest even under changeable weather conditions. Thanks to their small size, the bushes are convenient for growing in open garden beds. The variety is a good choice for those who prefer early and easy-to-grow tomatoes.
The fruits ripen evenly and have a round shape. They usually weigh around 60–100 g and turn a rich red color when fully ripe. The tomatoes have a medium-firm texture, which helps them retain their shape and gives them an attractive appearance. The flavor is pleasant, with a characteristic tomato aroma, making the fruits suitable for everyday fresh consumption.
The harvest is primarily suitable for fresh salads, slicing, and other homemade dishes. Thanks to their compact size and fairly firm texture, the tomatoes are also convenient for whole-fruit canning. Their uniform ripening allows a significant part of the harvest to be collected within a relatively short period.
The plants are compact and do not require complicated care. Suckering is not essential, but to obtain larger fruits, it is advisable to remove side shoots at least up to the first fruit cluster. The plants only need a sunny location, regular watering, and timely feeding for good fruit production.
