EXTREME. An extraordinary original variety from Sofia Saakova's collection that immediately attracts attention with its unique fruit shape. One of the most spectacular tomatoes of the season, combining large fruits, outstanding productivity, and a rich classic tomato flavor. A mid-season indeterminate variety with vigorous plants reaching about 1.6 m in open ground. The stems are thick and sturdy, easily supporting the heavy fruits. Each truss produces 3–4 tomatoes with an average weight of 300–400 g, while fruits produced later in the season become even larger and develop more pronounced pointed tips.
The defining feature of this variety is its exclusive shape. The fruits resemble a large heart-shaped plum with a long, thick, elongated tip that can account for nearly one-third of the fruit's total length. Around the stem, the fruits have broad shoulders and slight ribbing. They ripen completely without green shoulders or hard veins. When sliced, the flesh is dense, juicy, and meaty, containing very few seeds. The seed cavities are small and filled with thick gel, while most of the fruit consists of tender, fleshy walls.
FLAVOR
The flavor is rich, harmonious, and classically tomato. Pleasant natural sweetness is balanced by a gentle acidity, creating an excellent traditional tomato taste. The flesh is juicy, tender, pleasantly textured, and highly aromatic. The fruits are ideal for fresh salads, slicing, homemade juices, and sauces.
