HEART OF WILD MOOSE. An unusual and very beautiful variety that is especially impressive for the original shape and remarkable coloring of its fruits. In the open field, the strong, slender plant reaches about 1.5 m in height. The plant was grown with two stems, the clusters were not thinned, and each cluster produced 2–3 ripe fruits, with above-average productivity. The fruits have a distinctive elongated heart shape and look truly spectacular. The main color is green-emerald, while a purple-red blush gradually spreads across the surface from the stem end.
This combination of shades makes the tomatoes unusual and highly decorative, especially when fully ripe. When cut open, the fruits immediately reveal a bright, rich aroma of ripe tomato. The flesh of fully ripe fruits is predominantly red, while the edges retain a green tint. The tomatoes are very meaty, with only a small number of seed chambers, and the chambers themselves are tiny and contain almost no seeds. This is why there are only a small number of seeds in the packet.
The flavor is delicate, harmonious and rich. The sweetness is beautifully balanced by a slight acidity, which makes the taste more expressive and well-rounded. The flesh is juicy, neither dry nor tough, so this variety will delight not only with its unusual appearance but also with its excellent flavor.
