INDIAN DARK VIOLENT BEEFSTEAK. An indeterminate, mid-season, high-yield tomato variety. The plants are vigorous, with well-foliated bushes and regular leaf type. In open ground, the plant height can exceed 1.5 meters. The variety requires staking and pruning, especially under conditions of heavy fruiting. The fruits are medium-sized, weighing between 150-250 g, flat-round in shape, and slightly ribbed.
Their skin color is a rich violet-purple with a characteristic dark tomato hue and a slight sheen. The flesh is dense, meaty, and very juicy, with a complex and rich flavor combining sweetness, acidity, and spicy notes. The aroma is pleasant and typical of dark-colored tomato varieties. This variety produces a stable and abundant harvest, with fruiting continuing from mid-season until the first autumn frosts.
Due to its excellent flavor profile, it is well-suited for fresh consumption, as well as for making sauces, pastes, juices, or preserves. Seeds were sourced from USA. This variety is of interest to collectors of rare and heirloom tomatoes, as well as gardeners seeking tasty, ornamental, and productive plants.
