TURQUOISE. A new variety of Ukrainian breeding. Medium-ripening, high-yield sweet pepper, specially developed for open-field cultivation. The plants are compact, neat, about 50-60 cm tall, resistant to weather fluctuations, and capable of reliably setting fruit even under less favorable conditions. The fruits are cuboid, uniform, with dense yet juicy flesh. The walls are thick, ranging from 6 to 9 mm, making the peppers versatile for both fresh consumption and cooking.
The average weight of one fruit is 150-350 g, and a significant number of such large, marketable peppers form on each plant. At the stage of technical ripeness, the fruits have a rich green color, and when fully ripe, they acquire a striking pink-red hue, making them especially attractive on the plants and in harvested produce. The taste is bright, sweet, without bitterness, with pronounced juiciness — an excellent choice for salads, stuffing, and winter preservation.
