WHITE HEART OF SOFIA. An elegant signature variety bred by Sofia Saakova, combining delicate creamy-colored fruits, beautiful heart-shaped form, and an unusual fruity flavor. It is one of the most remarkable pale-fruited varieties in the modern collection. A mid-early indeterminate variety. In open ground, the plants reach about 1.5 m (4.9 ft) in height, producing strong stems and broad, spreading foliage. Each truss bears 5–7 fruits weighing 150–200 g. The variety is highly productive and sets fruit reliably throughout the season.
The fruits are elegant, heart-shaped, firm, and uniform, with a creamy-yellow color. In some fruits, the cut surface may reveal a delicate pinkish-red blush in the center. During the second half of the season, the fruits develop a richer color and an even more intense flavor while remaining firm and visually flawless. The flesh is dense, meaty, with small seed cavities and very few seeds. Most of the fruit consists of thick, tender, juicy walls.

The flavor is exceptionally sweet and well balanced, with distinctive fruity and spicy notes. The flesh is tender and aromatic, literally melting in your mouth and leaving a long, pleasant aftertaste. Its rich aroma is noticeable even while slicing the fruit. The tomatoes are perfect for fresh salads, tastings, vegetable platters, and refined summer cuisine. This rare collector's variety features delicate cream-colored fruits, dense flesh, high productivity, and an exquisite fruity flavor.
